Ingredients:

Chicken wings 1/2kg

For marination:

Chilly powder 2tsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Onion powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1/2tsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to tatse

To coat:

All purpose flour 1/4cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Paprika or chilly powder 1tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Oil for frying

For sauce:

Hot sauce/ sriracha 1/4cup
Honey 2tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1tsp

If you don’t have garlic or onion powder feel free to use seasonings of your choice.

Taste the sauce before adding chicken, if you want more hotness, add 1tbsp of hot sauce more.
