~ 1 cup textured soy protein
hydrated and pureed with lentils.
~ ½ cup of chopped scallions.
~ 4 cloves of garlic.
~ Spices: cumin, paprika, turmeric, pepper,
minced garlic.
~ 2 tbsp olive oil.
~ 1 cup of oil for frying. In the recipe I use
organic coconut oil.
For guacamole
~ 1 ripe avocado.
~ Pepper and salt.
~ 1 tbsp olive oil.
~ 1 tbsp apple or white vinegar.
~ 2 tbsp spinach.
~ 1 tbsp cilantro.
~ Hot sauce or chili to taste.
