Best cabbage soup recipe

This is in my opinion the best cabbage soup out there. Very hearty, full of flavor and filling as well. No need for canned tomatoes or juice which normally gives the soup a weird and bitter taste. Trust me if you are going to live on this soup for 7 days, you better make sure that it tastes good.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 large head of green cabbage
• Half a bunch of collard green
• 3 large onions
• 1 and ½ cups each red and green pepper
• 2 cups of carrot
• 2 tablespoons of ginger
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of oregano, fennel seed, smoked Spanish paprika
• 1 tablespoon of curry powder & black pepper
• 2 seasoning cubes
• 1 900ml of vegetable stock
• ½ cup of vegetable oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup of water
