At the Indian restaurant I will surely order butter chicken. So of course I want to enjoy it at home too. I worked on this recipe to give you the home made experience closest to the real thing. Please enjoy!

Ingredients :
– 800 to 900g chicken breast (or thigh)
– 1 tsp paprika powder
– 1/2~1 tsp Kashmiri chill powder
– 1 tbsp turmeric powder
– 1 tbsp garam masala
– 1 tsp cumin powder
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
– 1 tsp ginger (grated)
– 1 tsp garlic clove (grated)
– 60g yogurt (greek)
– Pepper and salt
– 100g+50g unsalted butter
– 2 tsp cumin seed
– 1 can of tomato
– 70g tomato paste
– 1 tsp sugar
– 400g coconuts milk
– 150g heavy cream
– 50g greek yogurt
– Some green chill (optional)
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 tsp or more kosher salt
– Some coriander
– 2 tsp or more (or less) Kashmiri child powder
