A very easy and healthy breakfast can be done in 10 minutes time.
INGREDIENTS :-
01 Bell pepper (RED Capsicum)
02 Olive oil ½tsp
03 Egg 1
04 Pinch of salt
05 Pinch of turmeric powder
06 Black pepper powder-½tsp
07 Salad items (Cucumber, baby spinach, coriander leaves, Iceberg lettuce etc. – Optional)
PREPARATION PROCEDURE :-
01 Take ½tsp olive oil in a pan and keep heat in low flame.
02 Take one full round shape bell pepper and put into the pan.
03 Take one egg and put inside bell pepper circle.
04 Add pinch of salt.
05 Add pinch of turmeric powder.
06 Add ½tsp black pepper powder.
07 Cook for 3 minutes and take it out when egg is half boiled.
08 Serve it in plate along with salad items.
