Hey everyone,i pray and hope you are all well.Thank you all soo much for your love and support.

Here is my beef stew recipe.

The ingredients i used are as follows:

500g of beef
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 red onion
I/2 red bell pepper
2 large fresh tomatoes
1tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
3 tbsp olive oil
Cilantro
I beef stock cube
1 vegetable stock cube

In a pot add in your beef and add water, paprika powder, ginger powder and garlic powder and boil for 30 minutes and set aside.

In a blender add red bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, water then blend and set aside.

Place your pan on medium heat and add olive oil, then add in your garlic and cook to a crisp golden brown, then add in your blended vegetables, allow to cook for 10 minutes and then add your meat and simmer for 5 minutes for everything to mix in nicely.

Lastly add cilantro(corriander)and your stew is ready to serve with a side of your choice.

I did not add salt because the cube stocks are salty enough for me.

Enjoy and God bless😊
