Wheat – 250 gm
Barley – 100 gm
Red Lentils (Masoor Daal) – 100 gm
Yellow Pigeon Peas (Arhar Daal)- 100 gm
Urad Daal / Maash Daal – 100 gm
Split Chickpeas (Chana Daal ) – 100 gm
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Meat Gravy:
Beef Boneless – 1 Kg
Onion – 2
Black Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon Sticks – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 Tsp
Crushed Chilli – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1
Salt – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 2 Tbsp
Fried Onion – 1 Cup
Oil – 1/2 Cup
