It’s always Rib-thirty in my back yard so today I decided to make some beef ribs that were just chanting my name as I rounded the corner headed to the meat department.

All-PURPOSE RUB RECIPE
* 1½ tablespoons granulated garlic
* 1 tablespoon kosher salt
* 1 tablespoons ground black pepper
* ½ tablespoon onion powder
* ¼ teaspoon oregano

BEEF RUB RECIPE
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons black pepper freshly ground
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1½ tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon celery seed
