Beef Bihari Boti Masala | Beef Bihari Boti Tikka with Shan Masala

Beef Bihari Boti or Beef Bihari Tikka is classic and old traditional dish of Indian city Bihar which is great in taste and adding some masala and steam cook with coal will give you BBQ taste.

Though we have used Shaan Masala to make it easier, however you may use any brand according to your taste and choice, but rest of the recipe will remain the same.

It is one delicious and mouthwatering dish which you is easily to cook and can be enjoyed at any occasion or weekends.

Ingredients for Bihari Tikka Boti Masala:
Boneless Beef 500 g
Onions: 2 Medium (for Marinate)
Onions: 1 Medium to cook
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
Yogurt ΒΎ Cup
Tikka Masala 3 Tbsp
Bihari Masala 3 Tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
Coal 01 Medium Size
Step by Step Direction for Bihari Tikka Boti Masala:
-Take Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste, Yogurt in a Blender
-Now add some water and blend to make a smooth paste
-Add prepared paste in a big bowl
-Add Tikka Masala and Bihari Masala
-Mix well
-Now add Paprika Powder and mix well
-Add boneless beef and mix
-Add Lemon Juice and mix it well
-Marinate for 2 to 3 hours
-Heat oil in a pan and add onions to fry
-Fry onions until brown
-Now add marinated beef and mix
-Cover the lid and let it cook on low flame until beef is tender.
-when water evaporates and oil separates turn off the flame.
-Now take one coal and heat it
-Place in middle of the prepared Tikka Boti Masala on a foil and add few drops of oil
-Cover the Lid immediately and leave it for about 10 mins
-Now remove the coal
-Beef Bihari Tikka Boti Masala is ready to dish out
-Garnish with fresh coriander, onion, garlic and green chilies
-Enjoy the delicious food with Paratha or Naan.
