BBQ Fish | 3 Different Marinations | Zakee’s Kitchen Secrets

You can grill the fish if you are unable to barbecue.

Marination 1

Ingredients
2 fish
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tsp fish spice rub (Add more about 2 tsp)
4 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of fresh coriander
2 tbsp of oil
salt to taste

Marination 2

2 fish
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 heaped tsp of tandoori masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp oil
4tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Marination 3

2 fish
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon and herb rub
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp tamarind sauce
2 tbsp passata
handful of fresh coriander
2 tbsp of oil
4 tbsp of lemon juice

Marinate the fish with the marination of your choice. Add some lemon slices inside the fish. Try not to overcook the fish.
