Chops marinated overnight in a spicy, herby flavourful marinate then baked to until succulent and tender. It’s so flavourful, yet so easy to make. Best lamb chops iv ever eaten.

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES
BAKE TIME: 15 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME: 30 MINUTES

15 LAMB CHOPS
LIME AND VINEGAR ( TO WASH THE CHOPS WITH)
3 CLOVES OF GARLIC (CRUSHED)
1tsp GINGER
1 SCOTCH BONNET
2tbsp PARSLEY
2tbsp ROSEMARY
2tbsp CORIANDER
1tbsp THYME
1/2 LEMON
2tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 1/2tbsp GREEN SEASONING
1tbsp JERK SEASONING PASTE
1tbsp LAMB SEASONING
1 1/2tbsp ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
1tsp CHILLI FLAKES
1tbsp ALL SPICE
1/2tsp BLACK PEPPER
1tbsp PAPRIKA
1tbsp CHILLI POWDER
