How to make lip smacking Balsamic Glazed Chicken wings

INGREDIENTS (to season the chicken with)
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt

To bake the chicken
1 Tablespoon of baking powder

For the Glaze:
1 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/2 a cup of water
1/2 cup of honey (you can add more if you wish)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
1 teaspoon of smoked pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon of paprika
