Prep Time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 30 – 35@160 degrees
Serve: 6
Ingredients:
1 Rack of ribs (ribs of choice)
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Premium Dark Soy Sauce or any of choice
6 – 8 Fresh Thyme
1/2 of a Lemon
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to season
While oil is heating, lightly season the ribs with salt and pepper allowing to sit for a few minutes. As oil is heated start by placing your ribs in for a few minutes on each side until each side has a caramelized color.
Meanwhile, start to mince your fresh thyme. On completion transfer into a bowl; combine with soy sauce, smoked paprika and honey mix well to combine, aside.
Start by basting your caramelized ribs with your honey mix on both sides then transfer to your baking dish pouring the remainder of your honey mix over the ribs. At this stage pour over the juice of half of a lemon then cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
By this stage, the thyme will be emitting a pleasant aromatic scent which indicates it’s time to remove the foil leaving in the oven for another five minutes to crisp a bit.
This dish is impressively delicious and easy to complete and is a guarantee your guest will love.
