Crispy, seasoned potatoes coated with a flavorful mix of garlic, herbs, and spices, garnished with fresh parsley for a perfect side dish or snack.
Ingredients:-
• ½ kg potatoes
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– ¼ tsp garlic cloves, crushed
– 1 tsp dry oregano
– ¼ tsp paprika powder
– ¼ tsp chilli flakes(optional)
– ¼ tsp white pepper powder
– ¼ tsp ground black pepper
– 1 tsp salt
Method:-
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges or desired shape, then rinse and pat them dry.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed garlic, dry oregano, paprika, chili flakes (optional), white pepper, black pepper, and salt.
3. Toss the potatoes in this mixture along with vegetable oil until evenly coated.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes or fry until golden and crispy.
5. Take out and flip it and again bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley leaves, and serve hot.
