Ingredients:
CHICKEN SEASONING & MARINATION:
2 lbs Chicken (Mixed Without Skin)
1 lbs Potatoes (Baby or regular)
2 Onions (medium size)
2 Lemons
1 tbsp Paprika or Chili powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp salt (to taste)
2 tbsp Oil for frying
CREAMY LEMON GARLIC SAUCE
1-2 tbsp Butter
4-5 Garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tsp Parsley (dried) – Optional
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp Dill (fresh or dried)
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Lemon juice
1 Cup Heavy Cream

SERVINGS: 4-6 Persons
Tips:
* Marinate the Chicken for at least 30 minutes for better taste
* Fry the Chicken in preheated pan for five minutes to get golden brown color
* Bake at 400 F or 205 C for 45 to 50 minutes
until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender
* Cook time may vary depends on your Oven
