Baked chicken wings and dirty rice!

Rice recipe:
1.5 cups of washed rice
3 cups chicken broth
1lb ground beef
half a green pepper
half a red pepper
half a small onion
teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
Pinch of salt

Chicken wings:
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
2 tbs badia complete
1 ts smoked paprika,
a bit of salt n grapeseed oil
Cook in the oven uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hours. Turn halfway through. To get an extra crust, broil for the last 5 mins.

Green beans:
Fresh green beans
1 tablespoon kinders buttery garlic and herb seasoning
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup chicken broth
