FULL RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon shredded black pepper
3/4 teaspoon thyme

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the chicken breast in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, place all the ingredients for the sauce: olive oil, pure maple, paprika, thyme, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken breast and rub the sauce on both sides of the chicken breast. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
4. Preheat oven to 220C (425F). Place the chicken breasts on a baking dish and pour the sauce left in the bowl onto the pan.
5. Place in the preheated and cook for 22-30 minutes or until chicken breast is tender and completely cooked but not overcooked. How do you know the chicken breast is ready? Cut with a knife in one piece with the thickest area, if this piece is completely white on the inside, it’s a sign that the chicken breast is ready.

* It is recommended to choose chicken breasts that are quite equal in size, that way the baking in the oven will be even to all chicken breasts.
