Ingredients
Filling
One 8oz package cream cheese
1/4 cup sweet canned corn (add more if preferred)
1/4 cup black beans (add more if preferred )
The two above won’t mess up the recipe
1 piece roasted red pepper
1/2 cup cilantro chopped(once chopped it becomes like 3 tbsp)
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt to taste if preferred
1 package bacon
This makes up to 10 large jalapeños
