INGREDIENTS:
32 oz brussels sprouts, halved
1 large onion, sliced
16 oz bacon, diced
Garlic and herb seasoning (any will work, let me know if you want my recipe)
fresh ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1-4 Tbls chipotles in adobo sauce
4 Tbls raspberry jam
2 Tbls Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbls Saica Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
