Wholesome and Family Friendly Videos for Kids, Babies, Toddlers and pre-school children made by parent for parents.

Watch my toddler at 2 years old eat raw whole bell pepper. Capsicum is also called bell pepper, paprika and atsal and many more. She loves eating peppers and all other fruits and vegetables.

Capsicum are commonly called Chili pepper, red or green pepper, or just pepper in Britain and the US; the large mild form is called bell pepper in the US, capsicum in New Zealand English, Australian English and British English, and paprika in some other countries (although paprika can also refer to the powdered spice

Capsicum is good to eat for kids and adult. It is very healthy and good for the diet.
Capsicums are an excellent source of vitamin A and C (red contain more than green capsicums). They are also a good source of dietary fibre, vitamin E, B6 and folate. The sweetness of capsicums is due to their natural sugars (green capsicums have less sugar than red capsicums).
