INGREDIENTS-
• Fish marination
600 gm boneless fish
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp kashmiri chilli
2 tbdp red chilli sauce
Marinate for 20 minutes
For making batter-
1 /3 cup gram flour (besan )
1/4 cup all purpose flour ( maida )
1/4 cup cornflour
1/2 tbsp carom seeds (ajwIn )
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp paprika powder
Water 5 tbsp to make smooth batter
