Aloo baingan recipe:
Ingredients:
– 1 Eggplant (baingan)
– 1 Paprika (Shimla mirch)
– 2 Onion (piyaz)
– 2 Tomato (tamatar)
– 2 Potato (aloo)
– 4 tbsp Oil
– 3 Green Chilli (hari mirch)
– 1 tsp Salt or to taste(namak)
– 1 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
– 1 tsp Cumin seeds (Zeera)
– 1 tsp Corriander powder (danya)

Serve with naan or chapati
