🛑 This recipe is for 3 kg chicken. Adjust the recipe to the amount of chicken you’re using.
Injected Marination:
❥ 1/2 cup hot sauce
❥ 1/3 cup chili sauce
❥ 1 tsp red chili powder
❥ 1/2 tsp hot paprika
➪ Hot sauce and Chili sauce are not the same thing so make sure you have the right ingredients before trying this recipe out.
Powder Marination:
❥ 2 tbsp salt
❥ 6 tbsp red chili powder
❥ 1 tbsp garlic powder
❥ 3/4 tsp ginger powder
❥ 1 tbsp mustard powder
❥ 1/4 tsp citric acid
Coating:
❥ 6 cups of All Purpose Flour
❥ A bowl full of normal drinking water for dipping the chicken
