To make in oven:
Temp: 400F for 45 minutes
To make it in Instant Pot:
1. Add 1 cup water to the Instant Pot insert. Lightly grease the trivet with cooking oil and place inside the pot. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on the trivet.
2. Close the Instant Pot and make sure that the vent is in the sealing position. Cook on Manual(Hi) for 15 mins followed by Natural Pressure Release. Open Instant Pot.
3. You can broil the cooked chicken in a preheated oven or air fryer for 5 minutes at 400F for a crisp layer.

Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks- 2 lbs
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1/2 Tbsp
Salt- 1/2 Tsp (or to taste)
Chilly Powder/Cayenne Pepper- 1/2 Tsp (or to taste)
Kashmiri Chilly Powder/Smoked Paprika- 1 Tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 Tsp
Kasturi Methi Powder- 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
Cumin Powder- 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder- 1/4 Tsp
Olive Oil- 2 Tsp
Lemon- 1 Tbsp
Hung Curd/ Greek Yogurt- 2 Tbsp
Instructions:
1. Take the chicken leg and give a few gashes over the leg.
2. Take a bowl and add salt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder or cayenne pepper,
Kashmiri chilly powder or smoked paprika, garam masala powder, crushed Kasturi methi leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, lime juice, and hung curd or Greek yogurt. Mix all the ingredients well.
3. Apply and coat the chicken pieces with the spice mixture and rest it for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. After preheating, arrange the chicken pieces in the basket or tray and cook at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
6. Flip the chicken halfway and apply little oil over the chicken pieces and cook.
7. After 15 min, pull out the basket or tray and check. If you want more crisp on top cook it for another 2 minutes at 400F.
8. After 2 minutes, pull out the basket or tray, remove the chicken legs, and serve it hot.
