Ackee and saltfish. (LIKE, SUBSCRIBE AND SHARE PLEASE)
1, let your fish soak in water for 30 minutes and boil twice.
2,cut you vegetables , scallions, onions, green peppers and grate your garlic.
3, gently debone your fish and break apart slowly.
4, add four table spoons of olive oil to your pot sautee your vegetables stir for 3 to 4 minutes.
5, add you Ackee in stir for 3 minutes then add your saltfish. season to taste with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper with a little salt.
6. serve and enjoy your meal.
