very easy and quick recipe… you can make and freeze these patties, and use whenever you want… you can also use patty mold but i simple shape them with hands,,, so easy and quick… i have shared the written recipe in description as well… Along with that you can also made burger buns at home i shared in the video

Ingredients
chicken 500gm (250gm thigh and 250 gm chicken breast)
garlic 5-6 cloves
ginger 1 inch piece
salt 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
white pepper 1/2 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
coriander seeds 1 tbsp
corn flour 3 tbsp
For Coating
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1 egg
bread crumbs
