These peppers are the best. This is a traditional dish that is usually made very poorly in America. The combination of sausage and smoked paprika really add a lot of flavor to this dish, especially with the Paprika Gravy which has added sour cream that complements the smokiness of the paprika amazingly. I could eat these peppers every day of the week if possible. Notice I use red and yellow peppers instead of green ones; green bell peppers are not as sweet as the yellow and red, and can throw off the balance of flavors in the dish. I used 4 peppers instead of 6, but I often use the remaining filling to stuff mini-peppers as a snack. Enjoy, and please subscribe. Thanks!
