Corn Souffle – Paula Deen Recipe – Bake 45 minutes at 350
• 1 can whole kernel corn
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
• 1 c. sour cream
• ½ stick of melted butter
• 1-2 c. shredded cheese
Gravy
• 3 tbs oil or bacon grease
• 3 tbs Wondra or all-purpose flour
• 2 c. whole milk
• Salt and pepper
• Minced garlic – optional
Chicken
• Tenderized chicken breast
• 2 c. buttermilk
• 2-3 tbs hot sauce
• 1 tbs msg
Seasoned flour
• 2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 c. corn starch
• 1-2 tbs garlic seasoning
• 1 -2 tbs onion powder
• Salt and pepper
• 1-2 tbs all-purpose seasoning
• 1 tbs paprika
Mashed potatoes
• 5 lbs russet potatoes peeled and boiled until tender
• 3-4 tbs salted butter
• Salt and pepper
• 1/3 c. mayo
• ½ – 1 c. evaporated milk
