2-3 pcs Chicken Thighs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Spices and Herbs (optional)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (optional)
1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup Cornstarch
Salt&pepper to taste for the breading
Paprika (optional)
Oil for Frying
For the WHITE SAUCE :
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 /2 dice onions
1/2 dice Carrot
1 cup water
1 chicken cubes
1/2 cup fresh milk or 1 cup evaporada
1/2 cup all purpose cream
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry parsley (optional)
1/4 cup grated cheese 🧀
Parmesan cheese for added flavor (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
