Hi and welcome to Highway to Healthy! Today I am making Vegan Shepherd’s Pie with no oil! This recipe is Vegan WFPB. This follows the starch solution way of eating! Thanks for watching and please like and subscribe!
Vegan Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
1) Peel and cut up 10 medium sized potatoes
2) cook lentils, vegetables, and potatoes
3) mash potatoes with
– 1/2 cup of plant milk
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
4) mix in 9×12 pan the following:
-3 cups of cooked lentils
-24 oz of vegetables
-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
-1 teaspoon of UMAMI
-2 tablespoons of soy
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-salt and pepper
5)put mashed potaoes on top and score
6) put foil over and cook in oven to start 425 for 20 min
7)take off foil and cook 10 more min
8) broil for 5 min but watch carefullly!
