Ingredients
1 pepper (cut half and take the seeds out
2 portobello mushrooms
200 gram feta cheese
Halloumi cheese 4 slice of
Some fresh herbs, basil, parsley, rosemary, mint etc – finely chopped
Half tea spoon Tesco mix herbs
Pitch of smoked paprika, salt and black pepper
A few tbl spoons of olive oil
Preparation
Mix all the fresh and dry herbs, olive oil and salt and pepper with feta cheese, add the chilli flakes.
Prepare peppers and mushrooms in to oiled baking tray and put the feta mixture inside of them. Put slice of halloumi cheese each vegetables and add a bit more olive oil to the top.
Cook them for 25min 180C – 170C
Serve them with salad and rice or pasta.
