Greetings! We know that several people choose to partake of meatless Friday’s this time of year so we thought it might be fun to make a really great fish sandwich. This one is made with home made batter dipped Tilapia filets on home made sourdough buns with home made Tartar sauce and slices of Muenster cheese.
This sandwich is absolutely fantastic! Simply delicious. I made enough fish to have leftovers. When saving over the fried fish filets, I wrap each one in a layer of paper towel and put them all together in a zip top bag in the fridge. When we wanted to reheat them for lunch, I just put them on a foil lined pan in a 400 degree oven (I used my toaster oven) for about 15 minutes. They were just as delicious as the day I made them!
I hope you will give this a try and I hope you love them!
Happy Eating!
