Tokneneng & Kwek-Kwek are Filipino street-food coated with orange batter and usually served with spicy sweet sauce and vinegar.
I really miss this food!
Let’s start cooking!

INGREDIENTS
6 ppcs Chicken Eggs
24 pcs Quail eggs
500 g / 4 cups Tempura Flour
For batter needs 5 cups of iced-water
Oil for deep frying
3/4 cup Cornstarch
Pepper / Salt to taste
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Orange Food Color ( Powder or Liquid )

SPICY SWEET SAUCE
3/4 c -1 cup Red Sugar
4 tbsp Cornstarch dissolved into equal parts of water
*2 tbsp cornstarch to i cup of liquid for thicker sauce
*1 tbsp cornstarch to 1 cup of liquid for a thin to medium sauce
1 cup Liver Sauce
1 med-sized Onion, minced
1/2 cup Soysauce
5-6 cloves Garlic, minced
4-5 pcs Bird’s Eye chillies, finely chopped
