Ingredients :
For Mandi Masala :
Cumin Seed (zeera) = 1 Tbsp
Cloves = 8
Black pepper = 1 tsp
Cardamon = 3
Badiyan flower = 1
Cinnamon stick = 1
Fennel Seed = 1 tsp
Whole Corriander = 1 tsp
For Chicken :
Chicken = 500 gram
Ginger garlic paste = 1 tsp
Salt = 3 /4 tsp
Paprika powder = 3 /4 tsp
Chat Masala = 1 /2 tsp
Oil = 1 tsp
For Rice :
Rice = 1 /2 kg
Onion = 1
Oil = 1 cup
Cumin Seed (zeera) = 1 tsp
Mandi Masala = 1 Tbsp
Salt = 1 Tbsp
Method:
Grind all Garam Masala. Take off 1 Tbsp for Rice. In Chicken add Mandi Masala, Ginger garlic paste, salt, Paprika powder, chat Masala, lemon juice and oil. Mix and marrinate it. Steamed the Chicken. For Rice light brown the onion, add Mandi Masala and salt. Shallow fry the chicken piece. In rice add chicken and Yakhni. Let water dry completely and give coal smoke.
