Excellent grilled chicken breast is well within your reach. The important thing to remember when grilling chicken is to not rush it. Take your time and do not grill it to hot. If you get your grill to hot you can wind up with a cooked outside and a raw inside. Just follow the instructions I give and you can grill the perfect chicken breast. This is also a great recipe, make sure you try the different twist on the garlic and smokey paprika marinade so you can have three great recipes without having to change much. Texas Style Cuisine Chicken Marinade Recipe
1/3cup Olive oil
1 Lemon juiced
2tbl Minced garlic
1-2tsp Smokey paprika
1/2tsp Black pepper
1/2tsp Salt
1/2 bunch Cilantro chopped
Trim chicken breast and place in container with marinade
for 1 hour
Grill on a medium high heat with a cool side to move the breast onto.
Grill over fire for 10-12 minutes to get grill marks.
Finish on offset fire
Cook to 165° internal temperature.
Coat with left over marinade when moving to indirect heat.
