One of the oldest known recipes to beef. Medieval twist on Hungarian cuisine, how Bohemians liked it!

Ingredients:

400g beef
3 onions
50 ml red wine vinegar
150 ml red wine
300 ml beef stock
Caraway
Juniper
Black pepper
Ginger
Salt
Sugar (optional)
