This is my fist ever food vlog! It was harder than I’d imagined but so much fun!
Here is the recipe for the vegan rice paper bacon
8 rice paper
Marinade
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons smoked paprika powder
6 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons rapeseed oil
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
salt
1. Put the oven on 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Cut the rice paper into “bacon slices” (watch how I do in the video it that doesn’t make sense to you).
3. Mix all the ingredients to the marinade.
4. Brush the rice paper with the marinade. Lay the rice papers 2 and 2 so that they become a little thicker.
5. Put in the oven for 6-8 minutes – make sure to watch them so they don’t burn!
6. After being in the oven, make sure they can cool down separately. If you put them on top of each other they will stick together. (I talk more about this in the video :D)
