We are going to be doing a Healthy Recipe Series on a high demand. Most people look towards eating a healthy diet at some point in their lives. We will try our best to show you two different styles of meals. One for Weight Loss if you are counting calories and one for Muscle Gains if you are looking to gain bulky muscles.

Lemon Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries for 2 people
– 1.5 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
– 3 Japanese Sweet Potatoes
– 3 tbsp Olive Oil
– 2 tbsp Salt (You may use less if you prefer less salt)
– 2 tbsp Black Pepper
– 2 tbsp Paprika
– Oven or Air Fryer (Air Fryer for healthy eating)
– Turmeric Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger/Garlic Paste
– 1/2 Lemon
