A:
蒜末 1茶匙
盐 1/2茶匙
Paprika 1茶匙
橄榄油 2茶匙
Mackerel 1只 对半切(不要切断)
*鱼未去内脏和头的重量,一只大概350g

B-酱汁:
Dijon Mustard 1汤匙
橄榄油 1汤匙
白醋 1/2汤匙
Saffron 1/2茶匙

C-马铃薯泥:
大颗马铃薯 2颗
青葱 1/2颗 切成颗粒

1。蒜末 + 盐 + Paprika + 橄榄油混合均匀
把腌制酱料均匀的涂在鱼肉上。
放入冰箱腌制30分钟。

2。把鱼放在烤盘,鱼皮朝上,用餐巾纸抹干鱼皮上的水分。
在鱼皮上撒上一些盐调味。
放入已预热烤炉,中下层,180度,烤18-20分钟。

3。材料B的酱汁混合均匀,备用。

4。锅里倒入适量的水 + 1茶匙盐,煮至滚后,把马铃薯放入,煮至熟,沥干水分。
把马铃薯稍微压成泥,保留一些颗粒状的马铃薯。
倒入青葱粒,再倒入1汤匙步骤(3)的酱汁,混合均匀。

5。把马铃薯泥摆放在盘中。
把烤好的鱼放上去,再淋上步骤(3)的酱汁,和烤鱼后多出的辣椒油即可。
