v05 | Grilled Salmon Paprika with Mango Salsa by Echo’s Kitchen
Good Morning & Happy Valentines Everyone!
On today’s vlog, I’m going to show you how to make Grilled Salmon Paprika with Mango Salsa. A perfect valentines dinner main course that is light, refreshing and absolutely mouth-watering.
Here are the Ingredients:
(2) 8 ounce Salmon filets with skin-
wash and pat dry
For the salmon seasoning, prepare:
1 tsp. chili flakes
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
Several grates of fresh ground black pepper
½ tsp salt, plus more to season the salmon
Canola or vegetable oil – for coating fish and greasing the grill pan (I don’t recommend olive oil for frying)
For the Mango Salsa ingredients, you’ll need:
1 ripe mango – diced
1 fresh chilli or jalapeno – finely chopped,
1 Tbsp. cilantro leaves – chopped
½ cup red bell pepper – finely chopped
1/3 cup red onion – finely chopped
1 small lime
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
