How to Make Taco Bell's Spicy Potato Soft Taco at Home

You know what they say… “To love is to lose.” If you’re like me and love Taco Bell more than you should, then you’re well-acquainted with losing favorite menu items on a regular basis. Taco Bell removed the Spicy Potato Soft Taco this week, and instead of sulking, I decided to figure out how to make it at home. —Ingredients—-

Potatoes
3 Large Russet Potatoes
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chicken Bullion Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper
Cornstarch to coat
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Flour Tortillas
Desired Toppings (Shredded Lettuce, Shredded Cheese, Diced Tomatoes)

Sauce (modified Jalapeño Ranch)
¼ Cup Mayo
¼ Cup Sour Cream
1 Jalapeño
1 Chipotle
1 Tbsp Adobo
1 Clove Garlic
Handful of Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
