Paprika Potatoes with Peas Mint Dip:

Ingredients:
I. For Paprika Potatoes:
– 1 tbsp. Mustard Sauce
– 1 tbsp. Paprika
– 1 tsp. Mixed Herbs
– 1 tbsp. Chilli Garlic Sauce
– 1/2 tsp. Garlic Paste
– 1 tbsp. Corn Flour
– Salt to taste
– 1 tbsp. Coriander Leaves
– 1 packet Baby Potatoes (boiled and peeled)

II. For Peas Mint Dip:
– 1 cup Thick Curd
– 1/4 cup Green Peas (boiled)
– 2 tbsp. Mint Leaves
– 3 tbsp. Cheese (grated)
– 1 tbsp. Green Capsico Sauce
– 1/2 tsp. Garlic Paste
– 1/2 tsp. Chilli Paste
– Salt to taste

III. For coating Paprika Potatoes:
– 3 sliced Bread (crumbs)

Method:
I. For marinating Potatoes:
1. In a big mixing bowl take mustard sauce.
2. Add paprika, mixed herbs, chilli garlic sauce, garlic paste, corn flour, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
3. Add baby potatoes and mix well once again.
4. Now cover the potatoes and keep it aside for half an hour to marinate.

II. For Peas Mint Dip:
1. In a mixer pot take thick curd.
2. Add green peas, mint leaves, cheese (grated), green capsico sauce, garlic paste, chilli paste and salt. Grind them well to make a fine paste.
3. Your Peas Mint Dip is ready. Keep it aside to be served with Potatoes.

III. For coating Potatoes:
1. Take bread in a mixer pot and churn it well to properly crush the bread into crumbs.
2. Now take the potatoes and coat it with the bread crumbs properly from all sides.
3. Once all the potatoes are coated, keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes to properly set.

IV. For making Paprika Potatoes:
1. Once the potatoes are properly set in the refrigerator, in a deep sauce pan add oil and heat it.
2. While the oil is heating, just roll the coated potatoes gently to remove all the extra bread crumbs from it.
3. Once the oil is hot, gently put the bread crumbs coated potatoes in it to fry. The oil has to be very hot for frying the potatoes well.
4. Keep rolling over and keep frying the potatoes till it turns golden brown.
5. Once it turns golden brown, remove them in a plate with a tissue paper so that all the excess oil is soaked.
6. Your Paprika Potatoes is ready to serve. Serve it hot with Peas Mint Dip!
