MGourmet Deliteca presents a simple yet delightful recipe for octopus!

Stir Fry Octopus with Paprika Alioli

Ingredients: 1 Bag MGourmet Whole Tentacle, 50ml Premium Mayonnaise, 1 Clove Garlic, Pinch of Paprika

Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat. When hot, add a whole tentacle and let it fry for 3 minutes on each side. Slice into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
Using a hand blender, combine the mayonnaise, garlic and paprika.
Place the octopus slices on a serving plate with the sauce on the side. Serve and enjoy!
