1 Hokkaido pumpkin
500g Ham schnitzel
200g Paprika
200g Leek
300ml Cream
150g Sour cream
salt, pepper, paprika, curry, chili flakes,

Give a few spoons oil in a bowl and scatter salt, pepper, paprika, curry & chili flakes to it. Remove the seeds from the pumkin and cut it in fries shape. Give the fries in the bowl cover it with a lid and shake it a minute. Place the pumpkin fries on baking paper and put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. Put the schnitzel in a freezer bag and beat it a bit with a pastry roller. Now cut it in pieces and fry them in a hot pan. When it look good add the paprika & leek and scatter salt, pepper, paprika, curry & chili fakes. Stir a few minutes and add the cream. Give sour cream and 2 spoons paprika in a bowl and stir it a minute. The pumkin fries need about 35 minutes in the oven. After adding the cream the the sauce needs to simmer 5 minutes.
