Ingredients:
– Canned chickpeas, 300 g
– Tahini, 4 Tbsp
– Fresh lemon juice, 50 ml
– Ground cumin, 1 Tsp
– Salt, 1 Tsp (optional)
– Garlic, 1 clove
– Extra virgin olive oil, 2 Tbsp
– Cold water, 2 Tbsp
To garnish and season:

– Chilli flakes
– Smoked paprika powder
