Paprika Hendl & Nokedli straight from Dracula! Chicken, dumplings, and paprika goodness #PageToPlate

Ingredients:
1kg chicken (on the bone)
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
3 tbsp sweet paprika
450ml chicken stock
180ml sour cream
60ml heavy cream
1 tbsp flour
Butter (for cooking)
Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe:
1️⃣ Brown the chicken in butter to add flavour.
2️⃣ Add diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and tomato, and cook until soft.
3️⃣ Stir in the paprika off the heat, season to taste, and pour in chicken stock. Simmer with the lid on for 40 minutes.
4️⃣ Mix sour cream, heavy cream and flour, then stir into the sauce and simmer another 10 minutes to thicken.

Nokedli (Hungarian Dumplings) Ingredients
4 eggs
2 tbsp sour cream
180g all-purpose flour

Recipe
1️⃣ Mix the eggs, sour cream, and flour into a batter.
2️⃣ Drop spoonfuls of batter into simmering water.
3️⃣ Simmer around 10 minutes (they will float) and drain well.
