Hungarian Beef Paprikash is a rich and flavourful beef stew. It’s the most delicious beef stew ever! This slow-cooked beef stew is infused with an abundance of paprika, giving the sauce a rich and vibrant red colour This comforting dish features tender beef simmered slowly in a rich sauce made with onions, garlic, tomatoes, and a generous amount of sweet or smoked paprika. Traditionally served with crusty bread, this dish is perfect for a cosy meal. The slow-cooking process allows the beef to become melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the deep red sauce develops a complex, aromatic taste.
