Ingredients:
640g Sicín Sásta Chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Garlic parmesan butter:
75g unsalted butter
20g freshly grated parmesan
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
¼ tsp salt and pepper
For the Flatbread:
Tomato
Shredded lettuce
Method:
In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Thread the chicken onto skewers.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Grill or fry the skewers until the chicken is cooked through.
Brush the garlic parmesan butter over the skewers and serve with flatbread, tomato, and shredded lettuce.
