Ingredients for the Egg Toast
• Bread (6 slices)
• Eggs (4)
• Green bell pepper, chopped (1/4 cup)
• Onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
• Red bell pepper, chopped (1/4 cup)
• Tomato, chopped (1/4 cup)
• Coriander leaves, chopped (1/4 cup)
• Salt (1 tsp)
• Pepper powder (1 tsp)
• Paprika powder (1/2 tsp)
• Oil (1 tbsp) or cooking spray
Process
• Crack all the eggs on to a large mixing bowl.
• Add all the ingredients above and beat them well until all are combined.
• Heat a pan, add Oil to it.
• Spread some egg mix to the pan. Dip a slice of bread into the egg mix and lay it on top of the egg mix on the pan.
• Add more egg mix on top of the bread slice.
• Cook until both sides get light brown.
• Remove & enjoy your Egg Toast.
