INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Marination ingredients:
》1/4 cup olive oil
》1 lemon
》2 tsp salt
》1 tsp turmeric powder
》1 tsp coriander powder
》1 tsp garlic powder
》1 tsp ginger powder
》1 tsp cumin powder
》2 tsp black pepper
》2 tsp paprika powder
》1 kg boneless chicken breast (4 pieces)
Salad Ingredients:
》1 capsicum
》1 romaine lettuce
》Half large red onion
》Few shredded carrots
》Few parsley leaves or tabuli
》 1 tomato or cherry tomatoes
Sauce/Dressing:
》 ranch salad dressing
》hot chili sauce
》2 Tbsp Garlic sauce
》1 Tbsp hummus
》1 Tbsp spicy garlic sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
》Add spices and olive oil into bowl. Mix well and add chicken for Marination. Put in a refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours
》grill chicken at 350F to 400F for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut chicken into small pieces
》cut vegetables and mix salad platter. Add ranch dressing.
》Add grilled chicken slices on top of salad.
》Add garlic sauce, hummus, and spicy garlic sauce. Add chili sauce and ranch on the salad.
》Mix the platter and enjoy delicious Shawarma Chicken Salad is ready
